“CONSTRAINT BREEDS CREATIVITY”

What began as a destined passion for visual art resulted in the London based production house THE WRITERSBLOCK, aka TWB. Founder and filmmaker/photographer Bradley “Brads” Gonzalves initially struggled with a brand name, eventually settling on THE WRITERSBLOCK based on his experiences suffering from creative blocks. Established in 2022, TWB specializes in film production and creative direction.

Born and raised in East London, Gonzalves grew up on pop culture classics and developed his storytelling ability through cliffhanger-based shorts and poems in school, eventually transitioning to filmmaking and photography in later years. Inspired by his creative strengths, impactful influences and life experiences, 21-year-old Gonzalves utilizes the beauty of the camera to capture, tell and innovate.
